I love designing and coding websites, some people say I love it too much. I’m the kind of person who when given a challenge refuses to give in until I know how to achieve the result. I still remember the early days when the personal computer wasn’t around and we where all on the good old Spectrum’s, Amstrad's and Commodore’s, coding was so simple back then nowadays its all object oriented instead of the good old BASIC but lets face it you can do so much more with a computer these days!Matthew Bagley's History

IT-Solution Limited | Here at IT-Solution LTD I have undertaken many challenging and exciting roles, these included Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, PHP & MySQL Programmer, Systems Engineer and many more. It was my responsibility to give every member of staff support for the various tasks they performed on a daily basis and in many cases create new, custom written code to help them perform their objectives more efficiently. I have written many pieces of programming code for IT-Solution LTD, these include Parsing supplier feeds CSV and XML / RSS, re-create a fully functional administration area along with AJAX support for many scripts, optimize existing database queries to ensure an overall optimal performance and recode the entire website to better support search engine optimisation. |

Blue Chip Casino's | At blue chip Casino’s I was trained as a croupier. I was expected to deal with live games, handle the transaction of money and deal and interact with customers. I also worked as a waiter and as a bar worker which required ensuring customers where satisfied with the products and level of customer relations they where receiving. |

Barclays Bank PLC | At Barclays Bank I learnt the importance of working within a team environment, acting as part of the team it was our responsibility to ensure that customers received their money into their account with the minimum amount of error. Gradually during my time on the team I began to excel and shortly became one of the leading members of the team who could be trusted to deal with problems that arose with either the equipment or customer. I achieved many things whilst working for Barclays Bank, some of which are as follows:
